**BY COMMISSIONING ME

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:**

• I have the right to decline any work request without providing the other party with a reason for rejection.
• The client is obligated to directly provide the visual reference for the elements featured in their piece - especially when it comes to the pose, colors, attire, props, etc. As visual reference is an important part of the creation process, please make sure it is as accurate to your needs as possible. In the case that the reference doesn’t accurately depict the idea of what you want, please provide a written description of where and how the reference deviates from the desired final result. In the case that the reference doesn’t accurately depict the idea of what you want and you fail to communicate that during the process, dissatisfaction with the end results will not be answered.
• In case of larger commissions, the client will receive a WIP sketch up to 3 times to see if any changes are necessary before I continue with the work. From that point on, I will not show any progress unless previously requested otherwise.
• The client will be allowed 3 free changes while the commission is in progress. After that, any changes are charged extra. You can change a few things at once. You cannot change things one by one after already saying what needs to be changed. Don’t wait for me to finish the commission before making the corrections you want.
• Changes made after the commission has been completed are considered additional work and will be charged separately.
• I will not disclose any sensitive personal information belonging to the client, and they are obligated to do the same - This includes but is not limited to physical addresses, email addresses and/or payment information.
• I will take a maximum of 2 commissions from the same person at a time
